It was mostly what I expected, so I can’t really complain too much. The product matched the description for the most part, but the sizing info could’ve been clearer. I would’ve appreciated more exact details, but overall it’s fine.

The website works okay overall, but I did spend longer than I expected trying to find a few products. Pages loaded fine, so that wasn’t really the issue, but the filters and menu on mobile felt a little clunky?? Not a bad experience, just could definitely be smoother.

They did end up answering my question, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a couple of days, and I had to send one follow-up before I heard back. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I expected, especially when you’re kind of waiting on an answer and..

I ordered it from tatkraftshop.es and it arrived totally fine, no issues there. Putting it together was mostly okay, not that difficult, but then some of the instructions were weirdly unclear and I got a bit irritated. I ended up having to redo one section because I’d put it the wrong way around, which was annoying, but also maybe I should’ve looked closer. It took longer than I thought it would, but once it was done, it actually works well. So yeah, decent overall, just not exactly a fun assembly experience.

Order turned out fine. Got the confirmation email right away, then basically nothing for a few days. Had to look it up myself.
Customer service did answer when I asked. Package arrived okay, just later than I thought. Not a bad shop. Tracking updates need work.

I ordered from tatkraftshop.es the delivery was way slower than I expected. I kept thinking it would show up any day, but the days just kept passing and the updates weren’t really Clear or helpful.
The product might be totally fine, but the wait really put me off. I was constantly checking for info and it felt like nobody was in much of a Rush to get it sorted. Not a great experience for me.

I ordered this from tatkraftshop.es because it looked really good in the photos, but once it arrived, it felt like the design hadn’t really been thought through. Some parts are placed in awkward spots, and using it is more frustrating than I expected. I’m cautious about buying things like this online, and unfortunately this one reminded me why. It looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person, and overall I’m disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The box arrived crushed and dirty, with the packaging ripped and the corners all smashed in. I don’t know, something about it just felt really disappointing, especially when you’re expecting it to show up in decent condition
